End User Authentication against Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync service

With Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync method, Spider perform basic HTTP auth against ActiveSync service running on your email server.

The endpoint of ActiveSync service is required, it must be in https://example.com/Microsoft-Server-ActiveSync format (replace example.com by your real web domain name).
