Exceeded Max Mailboxes?
After exceeded the max mailboxes, new emails will be hold in SMTP queue safely but not processed, that means you will not see new emails from Spider web console till you solve the license issue (for example, purchase or extend the license to support more mailboxes, or stop archiving for some inactive email addresses).
How to activate purchased license key
- Login to Spider web console as
adminuser - Click
Licensebutton on top-right corner - Input the license key and click
